Book an available spot in my calendar by filling out a short form letting me know about your project, and choosing the day/time that's more convenient to you.
Hop on a 60min call with me so we can go through the different questions/requests you previously mentioned inside your booking form! The full hour is yours, so we’ll tackle as many items as we can to get them off your checklist.
To keep a record of your questions, my answers, and the breakdown of any customizations implemented for future reference, you’ll receive a replay of our call – within the following 48 business hours – along with any helpful links or notes that cover items mentioned during our time together!
To ensure you’re set with what we discussed and/or tackled during our call, you’ll have 5 business days of support – after your replay delivery – in case any follow-up questions or unexpected issues come up!

Whether you want to implement a specific customization idea, need to get rid of that friggin’ issue that popped out of nowhere or are looking to adapt a plugin to fit your needs… but don’t have the time or patience to deal with it, book a Buildout project and I’ll take care of everything.

Fill out the “doability” form to provide the details about the customization you're after and/or that eye-twitch-causing issue you're looking to fix.
I'll get back to you with a quote for your project or follow-up questions to better understand your needs before offering you an estimate.
Once you’re ready to move forward with some or all the changes you inquired about, I’ll send over an invoice to officially book your spot in my calendar.
On Buildout day, I'll work on your modifications and test them out to ensure everything works correctly.
I'll email you after everything's set up and send over a walkthrough video to show you the changes, including any notes necessary regarding making updates and modifications on your own.
Cross off those tasks from your – now shorter – to-do list and have the peace of mind that if an issue pops up (due to the modifications implemented) it’ll be taken care of during the 10-day support period post-delivery.

About the Breakdown

Even when I’d love to discuss series or philosophical topics with you, it’s best to stick to Squarespace-related inquiries that have to do with functionality and customizations.
For questions regarding things like SEO, I’m happy to point you towards an expert in that area!

Keep in mind some customizations may be longer to implement than others, so we may have to cut some of them short to address other items on your list.

About the buildout

It varies!
Depending on the number of projects I already have in my calendar, you may be looking at a wait time of 1 week or 1 month before I can get to yours.
I’ll let you know my next available date after our initial contact!
To make sure you’re covered after the changes have been made, you’ll have 10 days email support after delivery where you can let me know if something went wrong so I can take care of the problem for you.
If you or your client want(s) something different in terms of sizing, colors, fonts, etc, you’ll be able to use the walkthrough video to make those tweaks on your end!
And, if the change requires a modification to the main structure of the code, I’ll be able to take that off your hands as well for an additional fee.
That’s not included in this service but I can offer you coaching through The Breakdown and The Club!
