The Process

Get in touch
Fill out the “doability” form to provide the details about the customization you're after and/or that eye-twitch-causing issue you're looking to fix.

Get a quote
I'll get back to you with a quote for your project, available dates, and follow-up questions (if needed) to get on the same page before moving forward.

Book your project
Once you’re ready to go with some (or all) the changes you inquired about, I’ll send over an invoice to officially book your spot in my calendar.

Go about your day
On Buildout Day, I'll work on your project and email you after everything's up and running. You’ll get a walkthrough video of the final result, as well as any necessary notes/instructions for future updates.

Enjoy the results
Cross off those tasks from your – now shorter – to-do list and have the peace of mind that if an issue pops up (due to the modifications implemented) it’ll be taken care of during the 10-day support period post-delivery.

It varies!
Depending on the number of projects I already have in my calendar, you may be looking at a wait time of 1 week or 1 month before I can get to yours.
I’ll let you know my next available date after our initial contact!

To make sure you’re covered after the changes have been made, you’ll have 10 days email support after delivery where you can let me know if something went wrong so I can take care of the problem for you.

If you or your client want(s) something different in terms of sizing, colors, fonts, etc, you’ll be able to use the walkthrough video to make those tweaks on your end!
And, if the change requires a modification to the main structure of the code, I’ll be able to take that off your hands as well for an additional fee.
