• Issues with snippets caused by conflict or incompatibility with code that’s not included in the Snippet Directory will require a Buildout quote in order to be tackled. • Up to 3 MINOR complimentary tweaks can be requested WITHIN the 30 days post-purchase window. • Modification requests that don’t qualify as a minor tweak can be addressed through a reduced rate hourly support, when made WITHIN the 30-day post-purchase window. • Alterations – whether minor or not – requested AFTER the 30-day post-purchase period, can be tackled through regular-rate hourly support. • Complimentary tweaks are NOT available for the Sample Pack plugins without the purchase of the full Snippet Directory. Examples of MINOR tweaks include but are not limited to: adding a new setting/variable to modify font styles, background/overlay colors, or icon sizes on desktop and/or mobile. Examples of what DOES NOT qualify as a minor tweak include but are not limited to: plugin adaptations from one block/section to another, plugin blending or merging, fixes due to incompatibility with plugins from sources outside of the Snippet Directory, or alterations that significantly change the visual aspect/functionality of the original code snippet.
