We’ll have a special Wishlist setup inside Google Docs so we can keep track of all of your requests, mark the ones that have been tackled, and include comments/questions when needed to clarify or discuss options.

To be able to guarantee your booked hours in my schedule, unused hours from a previous month will NOT rollover.
However, you’ll still be able to use them by booking them manually through a dedicated calendar.
Keep in mind, in this case, availability WILL NOT be guaranteed and will depend on the workload coming from regular projects.

If another period is booked within 30 days after the previous one ended, the hours can still be used through a designated calendar which DOES NOT guarantee availability.
If no new 3-month periods are booked within the 30 days post-service – or is booked after that timeframe – the unused hours will be forfeited.

Yes but maybe not.
3 months is the perfect amount of time to help you tackle those pending projects that are meant to launch soon, tweak the already published ones that are creating issues, and work through your ideas for “internal” plugins or templates.
That’s why the packages are set up the way they are.
That being said, if this is your FIRST time working with me in this VIP capacity, you have the option of signing up for a 1-month trial run*.
*Only the 3-hour package is available in this modality, at an hourly rate of USD $150/h vs the 3-month rate of $120/h.
